This past weekend, I went to Memphis. One of my mother's cousin passed away from cancer. So my uncle, my mom and I drove down. Although it was a sad occasion, it was also a celebration of life. I met so many cousins I've never met before and I enjoyed the southern hospitality and the food. I'm already planning another trip down there this year.
One of the highlights of the trip, was meeting one of my cousin's friends. He is trying to be a fashion designer and he showed me the software he uses to create his designs and well as a website that shows you how to sew and the different stitches you can use to sew. It was overall a great trip. Of course, I dressed up a bit, after all life is too short to wear boring clothes.
